ONTARIO, San Bernardino County — Ontario’s two public libraries offer different opening schedules, which matters for residents who need an evening study spot, access to digital resources, or a Sunday library visit.

Free learning and local history resources
Ontario’s library service advertises youth and adult literacy support through its RISE initiative, access to digital materials, and the Lightspeed Makerspace, which includes equipment for media projects, 3-D printing and other activities. The Model Colony History Room supports research on Ontario and western San Bernardino County. Residents should contact staff to confirm eligibility, equipment availability and any reservation requirements.
The two branches’ hours are not interchangeable. Before making a trip, check for holidays, special closures and event registration requirements. The posted schedule does not prove a branch is open at a particular moment.
